PIPEDA
Canada's federal private-sector privacy law requires consent, purpose limitation and safeguards for personal information. We build consent capture, access controls and data-subject request workflows (access and correction) into the product.
We build SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps and internal tools for Canadian startups and growing companies, with privacy by design for PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25, bilingual interfaces where you need them, and hosting in Canadian cloud regions.
For Toronto, Montréal and Atlantic Canada, the start of your working day overlaps with the end of India's, which is the easiest window for live stand-ups, reviews and decisions. Western Canada overlaps later in the Indian evening. Outside that window we work asynchronously: you start the next morning with a written update, a working build and answers to the previous day's questions. We agree the live window at kickoff and keep it fixed.
| Time zone | Cities | Difference from India (IST) | Example |

We design and build software so these requirements are met by the architecture, not patched in before an audit. Your legal and compliance advisers decide what applies to you; we make it straightforward to show.
Canada's federal private-sector privacy law requires consent, purpose limitation and safeguards for personal information. We build consent capture, access controls and data-subject request workflows (access and correction) into the product.
Law 25 requires privacy impact assessments, including before personal information is communicated outside Québec, privacy-by-default settings and incident records. We document data flows and hosting locations so your assessment is straightforward.
Public sector, healthcare and many enterprise buyers expect Canadian hosting. We deploy to AWS Canada (Central) in Montréal and Canada West (Calgary), Azure Canada Central and Canada East, or Google Cloud Montréal and Toronto.
Health information falls under provincial laws such as Ontario's PHIPA and Alberta's HIA. We design audit logging, role-based access and retention rules so custodians can meet their obligations.
Québec's Charter of the French Language sets rules for products and services offered in Québec. We build internationalization in from the start, so English and French interfaces, emails and documents are maintained together.
Commercial emails need consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, so we build consent tracking and unsubscribe handling into email features. Interfaces are designed and tested to WCAG 2.x AA, the standard referenced by Ontario's AODA.
Tell us what you're building. A senior engineer will reply with questions, options and a clear next step. No obligation.
Senior engineering talent in Toronto, Vancouver and Montréal is in high demand, and many Canadian companies need to ship before they can justify a full in-house team. An offshore partner gives you a complete team (architecture, development, QA, DevOps and design) that you can start quickly, scale for a launch and scale down afterwards.
For Canadian companies the harder question is usually privacy: can a partner outside Canada build and operate a system that holds Canadians’ personal information? The answer is yes, if privacy and hosting are designed in rather than left to the end.
We build custom software such as multi-tenant SaaS platforms, ERP and CRM systems and internal tools; web and mobile apps in React, Next.js, Laravel and Flutter; and cloud and DevOps platforms in Canadian regions. If you are modernizing an older system, our IT consulting team can assess it and plan a migration that keeps the business running.

Read the blueprintNo. Our engineering team is based in Ahmedabad, India, and we work with Canadian clients remotely. Communication is in English, meetings are scheduled in your business hours, and you get weekly demos of working software.
Yes. We deploy to Canadian cloud regions: AWS Canada (Central) and Canada West, Azure Canada Central and Canada East, or Google Cloud Montréal and Toronto. Where personal information must not be accessed from outside Canada, we design environments so engineers work with anonymized or synthetic data and production access stays with your team.
Law 25 asks you to assess the privacy impact before personal information is communicated outside Québec. We give you a clear record of what data exists, where it is hosted, who can access it and how, which is the information that assessment needs, and we can design the system so our engineers never need access to real personal information.
You do. The source code, repositories, cloud accounts and designs belong to you. We work in repositories and cloud accounts you control wherever possible, so there is nothing to hand over at the end.
Yes. If a project involves confidential information, we put a confidentiality agreement in place before you share it.
Yes. We build internationalization in from the first release, so every screen, email and document has English and French versions managed together, and adding a language later does not require rework.
